The first part of the Dual Process method consists of using a Rotary Floor Machine to agitate the cleaning solution and carpet fibers. This is known as pre-conditioning the carpet. The Rotary Machine is the best and most efficient method to dislodge and emulsify the deeply embedded oily soil that accumulates in the carpet. The second part of the process is to extract both the soil and the cleaning agents by using a fresh water rinse in a hot water carpet extraction machine. The synergetic effect of combining both the rotary machine and hot water extraction surpasses the cleaning quality of any single carpet cleaning method available, BAR NONE!
